Also came in Saturday at 12:40 when they close at 1:00, they turned me away and said that they are serving the last customer and will not be taking me. 20 minutes before they close. This should not be allowed and a whole new staff should be hired for the whole post office as the staff is literally terrible and it should’ve been fixed by now seeing how all of the reviews are talking about how terrible the service is.

An hour earlier than supposed to, shouldn't it close by 5pm? Altering a federal building's business schedule should be a federal crime. This is giving a horrible reputation to downtown Allentown located by highly reputable city hall and courthouse. I'm taking my business to FedEx in Whitehall from now on. This is the 5th time already Allentown post office on Hamilton streets let me down...
