I arrived at 12:50 pm since I had to work today and then went to the post office. When I arrived the clerk windows were all down. I knocked on one of them to ask if someone could help. At 12:52 one of the clerks steps outside to inform me that the windows are closed. I asked her why the windows are closed if full-service is supposed to be until 1 pm. She just shrugged me off with the same response, “Sir the windows are closed.” I walked out, serviceless. I am very happy to see that my hard-earned tax dollars are hard at work.

Telling everyone she leaves at 5pm so everyone has to leave and refused to help people. Get better staff!
