She's always very sweet, courteous, professional, and friendly. She works extremely well under pressure (even when a ton of people come in all at one time) and is very quick and efficient, getting everyone in and out very fast and minimizing any wait times. I went today to be fingerprinted for a job, and had forgotten my 2nd ID at home. She very kindly took the time to show me how to find my car registration and print it to use that as my secondary ID. The entire FP process was very smooth, and I greatly appreciated all of Lauren's help today and always!! :)
