Went in for a return and was told I had to log onto my personal email to have a return label printed. Dude brushed me off and looked annoyed he had customers. I’d recommend traveling to a different site

Not my usual UPS, I was in the neighborhood after getting my car serviced. Such a pleasant experience. Really great customer service.

I was dropping off an Amazon return. The box was packed and needed a piece of tape to seal it. The lady at the counter refused after saying, “the QR code says ‘customer packed’” and raised her hands at the box in a forcefully condescending way. Very rude service and short sighted. Never going to this UPS store again.

The absolute worst UPS store experience. Not helpful at all. They want to charge you $6 for using the computer just to print the label. This place only cares about making money off of people every opportunity they have. Go elsewhere where someone is actually nice and welcoming

I just want to let everybody know that in a world where youre just a number, and customer service doesnt mean anything, this UPS store is by far the exception to the rule. They went so far out of their way to get a delivery to my son that was extremely imporant, and followed up from beginning to end. If youre going to ship UPS and youre in Allentown PA, no other store will go out of their way to help as the owner and staff of this UPS store.
