  This place is the worst. I went in there to print some stuff, but for some reason I could never get the code sent to my email. I asked what can I do I really needed to have these copies. The person that I spoke too had no clue and did not give me any other options. I asked about the printing machine can I do it myself without a code. He tells me there is a printer that they rent to use but I have to pay. I told him it was fine. He walked away leaving me at a printer that I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I put in my credit card and was getting no where I removed my card and asked another associate that I needed help can someone help me. He told me they are short in staff like honestly that's not my problem because if I'm to pay my money I should be a priority as a paying customer stocking should not be a priority. I told him that my card was charged for nothing 58 cents which he claimed it is just a hold that I was not charged it's for fraud prevention. This man did not even look my way. So I left with a charge on my card and no copies. My advice is to shut the store down or get rid of those useless employers. For the record this is not my first time leaving this staples without the help of any of the associate's. Awful place, awful workers, awful customer service. Shame on you

  Stopped in tonight to do some Amazon returns, and received wonderful customer service from Bruce. He worked hard to expedite customer service to everyone in the line, twice multitasking on two different registers helping out Amazon returns and checking out customers simultaneously. You don’t often see that level of customer service anymore, and it needs to be highlighted! Thank you!

  I used this Staples for my business for over 5 years now; particularly the print department. The workers in the department are great! (That is why I gave them 2 stars and not 1.) I encourage others to use this Staples for printing needs. I choose to pay a higher price at times to support them over other big box retailers. Today I was told to "stop talking" and then hung up on while I was asking a question regarding the print order I was about to submit. Now I have to find somewhere else to do all my printing. Not cool.

  I’ve been shopping with Staples for as long as I can remember and I typically don't take the time to write reviews but I have to say employees like Aneesh are the reason I keep coming back. I want to start by saying that this store is clearly understaffed, I think there were only 2 employees in the building and they were both bouncing all over the place to help customers. Despite their lack of coverage, Aneesh still took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He was professional, patient, and more courteous than he should be... way too many yes sirs. You don’t see that level of dedication anymore. Staples is lucky to have someone who goes above and beyond for their customers, he is an asset to a store like this and hopefully a permanent fixture for years to come.

  Had a bad experience with customer service today and it pissed me off. I called to ask about availability for a product and I wanted to briefly share what happened with my faulty product that I want to replace, and after 10 seconds the employee cut me off and put me on hold to "get someone else on the phone" and I was on hold for 5 minutes. I have a lot of shit to do I don't have time for getting cut off and getting put on hold. They didn't even ask me what I was calling about, just put me on hold until I had to hang up.
