  Brett, the manager of this location should have really considered his career choice to go into customer service. He is not customer service oriented at all. He actually raised his voice to me. You have a lot of options around town for shipping so I would go check UPS or at least a place that’s more customer service oriented.

  Very poor customer service—especially from management I’ve been to this FedEx Office location multiple times. The front-line employees (including a friendly young man and a kind young woman) have consistently been helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my experiences with the store manager have been the opposite. On three separate visits, the manager was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during simple drop-offs and routine questions. His tone and behavior made it clear I was not welcome in the store, despite the fact that I was doing nothing more than dropping off shipments and trying to follow FedEx procedures. No customer should be made to feel “this store is not for you.” What’s most concerning is that this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. After reading other Google reviews, I see a pattern of similar complaints—refused service over minor issues, a confrontational approach, and inconsistent handling of standard FedEx processes (including ID/address verification and package holds). I’m taking my business elsewhere. FedEx should seriously review the management at this location, because the attitude and lack of professionalism reflect poorly on the brand.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location on Cedar Crest due to the conduct of the store manager, who identified himself as Brett. While asking a routine question about packaging fees, I expressed frustration aloud… not directed at any individual and not in an aggressive manner. Instead of responding professionally or helping resolve the issue, the manager escalated the situation, stated he would refuse service, and ultimately told me to leave the store. A place like this should feel welcoming and professional. Being asked to leave simply for expressing frustration is not acceptable, especially coming from someone in a leadership role. Managers set the tone for customer service, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store and the brand. I hope FedEx reviews this situation seriously. No customer should feel unwelcome or targeted in a location meant to provide public service.

  Seems to me that those people there see their customers as their next problem that they have to deal with. I think they wish no one visited their store during the day so they wouldn't have to even get up from their chairs.
