    If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled delivery for the treadmill I ordered back on the day of purchase (10/20/25). This Was a very heavy item and I paid for delivery up one flight of steps, which was clearly marked in the notes. I scheduled my delivery for November 4th which was the earliest available date. On the morning of the fourth I checked the website to see if there was a time frame and noticed that the date had Been changed. Although their system suggests someone left me a voicemail to let me know of the change, This would not be correct because I do not have voicemail. I rescheduled the delivery 2 weeks later for the next available appointment. I again made myself available for that day. A couple days before the appointment I lookOn AI t's site and it appears that once again they changed the date for the day before. Luckily this time I had ample time to rearrange my schedule and be available I again called the customer service number and was again told that somebody had called me and left a voicemail message. He said the reason it was rescheduled again is because no one was going to be in this area that date. I sat here waiting all day yesterday for my delivery but it never came and no one ever called. I called them today and was told that they don't have anyone available because this is a heavy item and would take 2 people. They agreed to reschedule it once they found somebody to help the Driver deliver it. I was going to be out of town for the next few weeks so I had to cancel my order. Not only is this Company a mess but they are liars as well.

    Damage multiple boxes and does not communicate about deliveries at all. took two week for them to schedule a delivery.
