    Absolutely horrible. Dick’s uses them for their deliveries. We paid for both delivery and install of a treadmill. Everything seemed fine and my wife asked the delivery men to wait while she checked to make sure everything was in working order. They proceeded to ignore her and basically run out the door. It’s an even worse look that not only did they do it but it seemed to be for a purpose because the treadmill didn’t work and we also noticed a cosmetic crack in the back of the treadmill. Called AIT and was told they’d put a work order in. 3 days later we still hadn’t heard from them so we called and turns out they didn’t put a work order in. So we were told someone would be out within the week. We had hope because the next day we received a notification that someone would be out 3 days later. 3 days later comes an no one ever shows up. We call and they are claiming someone came and submitted a report as well as a picture. No one ever was in my home outside of my family let alone anyone who was here to fix a treadmill. My doorbell camera provides plenty of proof of that. Still no answer as of now and we are stuck with a treadmill that we paid over 2k for that doesn’t work. Complete embarrassment of a company and it would be in Dicks best interest to not contract with them moving forward

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled delivery for the treadmill I ordered back on the day of purchase (10/20/25). This Was a very heavy item and I paid for delivery up one flight of steps, which was clearly marked in the notes. I scheduled my delivery for November 4th which was the earliest available date. On the morning of the fourth I checked the website to see if there was a time frame and noticed that the date had Been changed. Although their system suggests someone left me a voicemail to let me know of the change, This would not be correct because I do not have voicemail. I rescheduled the delivery 2 weeks later for the next available appointment. I again made myself available for that day. A couple days before the appointment I lookOn AI t's site and it appears that once again they changed the date for the day before. Luckily this time I had ample time to rearrange my schedule and be available I again called the customer service number and was again told that somebody had called me and left a voicemail message. He said the reason it was rescheduled again is because no one was going to be in this area that date. I sat here waiting all day yesterday for my delivery but it never came and no one ever called. I called them today and was told that they don't have anyone available because this is a heavy item and would take 2 people. They agreed to reschedule it once they found somebody to help the Driver deliver it. I was going to be out of town for the next few weeks so I had to cancel my order. Not only is this Company a mess but they are liars as well.

    Damage multiple boxes and does not communicate about deliveries at all. took two week for them to schedule a delivery.
