Clerk told us we had to write the address a certain way and she was wrong so package didn't get delivered until super late. So buyer got package and refund. No one would help. Everyone was giving me the run around. Called the corporate number and they said I had to get refund in local post office. They refused and refused to help. They said I could leave a message with the post master but he laughed and said she won't call you back though! So unprofessional. Try getting $600 robbed from you that was INSURED and having someone laugh at it. Also no one answers the phone so you have to drive all the way up there. Avoid this hell hole at all costs!
