- SBSuzie BurnsMay 28, 20251.0I was told overnight wouldn't get there on time. To send it priority and that was the very best way. That was a lie! Priority doesn't make it there either. So now I don't have my package or a refund. They never mentioned express at all which is guaranteed and comes with a refund. I said I would pay anything for the best way. And I wasn't given good information. So maybe overnight doesn't get there on time but priority NEVER GETS TO ITS DESTINATION. NEVER. MY PACKAGE IS GONE AND NOBODY HAS A CLUE WHERE IT IS. Don't trust this office and if you ever want your package to get to its destination just don't use USPS at all ever.
