Hours said they’re closed til 2p. Went at 2:10p to mail my package. Gate was down, no one was there. Had to take my package to another Post Office. I’m not going to bother with this location again. This isn’t the first time.

Tiny post office is good for what it’s worth I guess but it’s inconvenient to stand in there at 8:30 with the rolling gate still over the counter. I understand that it’s a small office but I don’t like being late to work to ship something. Good service otherwise.

Murphy is stuck in the age of the pony express. Horrible customer service skills. You have to wait two days to open up an post office box after paying first. Murphy takes two days after paying first because of 911 terrorist attacks. It is nice that seniors can be employed as long as mental stability . It is time for Murphy to retire by the lake with a fishing rod! Please Go to Glenside post office it takes ten minutes with the key in hand!
