- EEESDec 31, 20255.0Everyone at this location is so kind, professional, and efficient. Especially Jalissa, she is truly the best! She went out of her way to get in contact with me because I forgot to put a stamp on my package. The package contained my passport so it would’ve been a disaster if they just mailed it out and potentially got lost. I cannot thank Jalissa enough for helping make sure my mistake was corrected and my package was handled with the utmost care. She deserves a raise, big time in my opinion!! Thanks again :)
- LDLauren DavisOct 5, 20221.0The last two weeks I got a slip in my mailbox saying my packages could not be delivered due to our dog being loose. I have personally watched them on 2 different occasions and they didn’t even get out of their vehicles meanwhile my dog is sitting right next to me inside. I have complained twice to the mail staff at this location and they don’t seem to care. My dog is NOT loose and I have expressed that to the “mail-lady”. I have also expressed that my dog is friendly and gets overly excited when she sees people but they still refuse to deliver my packages. They have dumb hours so for me to pick them up before and after work is impossible. They are being lazy at this point. I am paying FOR shipping to come to MY house; not the post office. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.
