- MEMikka EasleyMay 10, 20241.0It's really unfortunate that you cannot trust your packages at the Yoncalla Post office. I've had to start sending most of them to my work because I find damaged packages inside my box. (I took pictures but cannot find his to attend to review.) If the box is too small for the packages, put them into a bigger pickup box. It's not that hard. Your service is ridiculous if you think smashed packages being the normal is okay.

They cannot get our correct home address listed on any map system and they have repeatedly returned our mail sometimes months at a time. The carrier comes by our home every week but doesn’t let us know that we have a buildup of mail in our PO Box and closes it out and send everything back without informing us, this is a very small town. I would maybe expect something like that if we live in a large city but we do not.
