- CVCaleb VanceDec 11, 20231.0Awful service for Amazon packages, we live on a rural route and USPS constantly delivers our packages to the wrong address or fails to deliver them at all. When I called to complain they were very rude and unhelpful. Other carriers (Amazon and FedEx) never have this problem. I wish we could have our packages shipped through other carriers.

Consulted family lawyer too understand legal rights but for 25.00 package isn't worth my time and stress. They gave package wrong address but tracking number said was my house. So buyer wouldn't refund. Once postmaster receives a package, it's their legal responsibility too deliver correctly or contact the seller. People all over town tell me their similar events. I recorded both our conversations with phone and my camera 24/7recording proves everything I said is truth too BTW and records my mailbox full time proving I never received package.

There is a wrap around driveway that puts them within 10 feet of our covered front door, yet they constantly deliver to our lower landing below our house, leaving our packages exposed.
