I'm a small business owner and I appreciate the level of customer service I get from them. My carrier is fabulous also. He too always has a smile and a friendly comment. I had an upcoming surgery and I told him about it. He made sure my packages were close to the door so I could easily reach them without stepping down to the porch. Keep up the great work Yamhill USPS office! You're appreciated!

When I called to complain they were very rude and unhelpful. Other carriers (Amazon and FedEx) never have this problem. I wish we could have our packages shipped through other carriers.
