- LFLauren FoltzMar 31, 20261.0Vacation hold service | rude staff I come here often to mail packages. I've placed a hold on my mail delivery many times, but this last service was frustrating. First, they started holding my mail two days before the selected date. I needed my packages to be delivered before I left on my vacation, so that was not helpful. Why even ask the start date if they decide the date of service for you?!?!? Second, I opted to pick up my mail when I'm back. I came back from vacation a day late. I tried to pick up my mail the next day and am told the mail person is delivering it for me. Again, why select online that I'll pick it up myself when they're making the decision for me?!?! In the past, I've interacted with the staff. One older lady who has worked there a long time said, "your package needed a signature and wasn't delivered because of your door sign. You haven't removed that?" My sign says not to knock or ring the door bell, please. There is a reason for it and it's because I have a sleeping baby. Yes, lady, I will keep that sign up and it's none of your business!!

- JAjenny abarcaMar 12, 20261.0Rude!! 1st time getting an passaport, i didn't know what to expect, came in 30 mins ealry....so they told me wait until my appt, didnt even tell me i neede to fill out an application prior to my appt time.. so waited. once my it was time for my appt, the human in the front, came in with an attitude and told me I needed to make another appointment as I didnt have my application filled out.. I waited 3 weeks for this application. so disappointed, I rather drive to portland now, than to deal with this terrible customer service. I'never coming back here!
