Whoever the incompetent passport agent was back in November didn't sign or file our form correctly so it got denied, even though we paid to have it expedited for a 2-3 week turnaround, and because it's for a child passport we basically have to do it on a weekend because both parents (who work full time) and child need to be present. And if we don't want to have to pay for everything again we have to do it at the same post office. So we finally get a new appointment scheduled on January 10th to try and have the appointment within 90 days so our filing doesn't get wasted now over 2 months later (so much for paying a couple hundred extra for it being expedited) and we get a call 2hrs before our morning appointment to tell us they have to cancel our appointment due to staffing issues after we took time off of work to make this appointment happen in the first place. So not only is the passport appointment not happening today but also that's a loss of income for us. They told us to walk in whenever this week, which again we can't because of work and everyone (both parents and child) needing to be there at the same time, so we have a new "walk in" appointment next weekend allegedly. This has been extremely drawn out and annoying pretty much every step of the way. I almost never write negative reviews but this has been just so frustrating that I hope you keep all of this in mind when choosing to get time sensitive work completed. Highly suggest choosing a different location. Highly suggest they retrain whoever that passport worker was back in November. And lastly, I highly suggest that when they do screw up, especially to this extent, they extend their passport work window the earliest day possible to fit a time that the customer can actually get it done in a timely manner.

Friendly staff and they are quick too. Picked up packages that I had to sign for and they are very helpful. They answer almost any question I had. Love to support our local post office.

The postmaster and other workers seem like nice people who wanted to help. I was able to get my appointment rescheduled and the person I spoke to today was great. Fast and easy appointment. In and out in 10 minutes total. Seems like it’s just Aaron who’s a jerk. Previous review: Had to wait in line for 20 minutes for an appointment that was prescheduled. Went to the counter for my appointment they asked me to fix something on my passport application and then come back up. The lady I spoke to went on lunch and Aaron at the counter said he couldn’t help me. I had literally just spoken to someone who asked me to fix a mistake on the application and then got turned away. He was super rude about it and said I missed my appointment when I had showed up early and had to wait in line. I told him about the other woman who said I could fix it and come back up. He got sarcastic about it and said I could wait for her if I wanted and she’d be back in an hour. The best part is they hadn’t even finished with the appointment that was scheduled before mine yet while they were telling me I was now too late for mine (they were checking him out at the register while they were saying they couldn’t get to me). Aaron you seem like a miserable person. I genuinely hope you find another job since you obviously hate this one so bad, hope you have the day you deserve.

I've had stellar experiences with the Wilsonville, OR post office. Everyone working there (and I think I've been at the window of each person at one time or another) is very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly efficient. They always get the packages I send where they're intended to go, and always on time or even earlier than promised. And compared to the private sector shipping companies (you know who they are!), the USPS is invariably the more economical choice as well.
