I've had stellar experiences with the Wilsonville, OR post office. Everyone working there (and I think I've been at the window of each person at one time or another) is very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly efficient. They always get the packages I send where they're intended to go, and always on time or even earlier than promised. And compared to the private sector shipping companies (you know who they are!), the USPS is invariably the more economical choice as well.

It’s 2025. How is it possible I can’t get a USPS label printed at a USPS. Instead I have to go across the street and have UPS print off the label, then come back and drop off the package because UPS won’t take it. Come on guys.. get with the times.

I went to this post office today to get passports for my kids, and for the second time had to deal with Aaron. He was rude, dismissive, and flat-out lazy. Once again, he hid behind “staffing shortages” as an excuse not to take walk-ins, but it’s obvious he just doesn’t want to be bothered. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this problem with him. Aaron acts like he’s above everyone else and that we should be grateful he even shows up. That attitude is unacceptable – especially when dealing with something as important as passports. Management needs to take a serious look at how this guy treats customers. If he can’t do his job without the arrogance and laziness, he shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role. Do yourself a favor and go to another location – you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

I had a really bad experience here today. The person helping me, Aaron, was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Definitely not good customer service. On top of that, they didn’t even have basic supplies like tape, which was really frustrating. I won’t be coming back. Do better!

Worst Postal Services, They did not keep the key of the parcel box in my mailbox due to which my package got stuck and I had to go abroad after 2 days and I could not take it with me. This is a very bad service. If I could, I would give it -5 stars.
