What I discovered today is that if they feel that the day is slow, they lock up at 4:30pm. There is no notification anywhere that this is the practice. I arrived today as the postal worker looked straight at me and a woman that entered just before me, gave his keys a flip and walked away with not even an acknowledgement. Ridiculous but not surprising behavior from a government employee
