The staff here are absolute rock stars - friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready with expert advice on how to ship literally anything. From fragile gifts to oddly shaped packages that look like they belong in a museum, they somehow know the perfect way to send it safely and affordably. But what really makes this place special is the people. They know their regulars like family. Walk in the door and you’ll be greeted by name - loudly, proudly, and sometimes hilariously. It’s got that “Cheers” vibe, where everybody knows your name… though I’m still not sure why they keep calling me Norm. Between the laughs, the top-tier service, and the postal wisdom you didn’t know you needed, this little corner of West Linn is proof that great customer service (and a good sense of humor) are alive and well. Five stars - even if my new nickname has stuck forever.

Didn't leave a notice, didnt notify me of any changes, nor does the website have an update of what is going on with my package. And they may be missing one of their own notifications! Why does the ebay app have an update that my "package is available for pickup" and that there was a delivery exception of "animal interference" my mailbox is no where near animals. Why was my other mail delivered and this specific package was not?!? I work from 7am to 5pm daily, I had this package routed to my house for a reason and now I have to waste my time because a driver was either too lazy or afraid of a bug? Smh.... no follow up attempts, no notices of missed delivery. Why does tracking on ebay have more information than their own system?
