Our experience was decent, BUT one of the employees completely disregarded the "THIS SIDE UP" signs written all over the boxes. Like, WHY CAN'T YOU READ?!!! It seems the employees do not care whether your packages are damaged. SMH

Our mail carrier is great. The manager at the West Linn location (Geddy) is not.

My first and only experience with them today. I found out through the USPS national hotline that this is the postal service that handled my certified mail that got it all messed up. This certified mail contained documents that were very sensitive. Documents that would help me to close on a house in January. Documents that were original, not copies. I paid for certified mail that just got dropped off with a note. "Left with individual". I paid to have it signed and returned. I needed not just the signature, but the name of the person doing the signing. It was a big company. And it would cost me $2,400 a year without this signed document. So I spent the entire day tracking things down. And getting a hold of anybody at the post office is completely useless, because they don't answer the phone. And if you call the national hotline number, you're in a certain queue where you can't get out of unless you give them whatever automated prompt they have that doesn't work if you have a different issue. I went through absolute hell today, because somebody didn't care enough to get the signature. So then later on I found out that they did get an illegible signature that was signed, but they did not get the printed name of the person. So now what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to track down a signature that's just a bunch of squiggles? This is unacceptable for something that cost $20. And if I can't close on my house because of it, there's going to be a lawsuit.
