    Wouldn’t recommend. Refusal to provide services that’s advertised. Would recommend going to a different location or the UPS just down the road if possible… I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while. I use their packing services as it makes things a lot easier and cheaper. However, they recently got a new manager, I want to say around a month or so ago, who had one of the employees tell me she isn’t going to order boxes that will work with the items I bring in on a regular basis, and had the employee tell me to go somewhere else. I’ve been having them pack my stuff over the last three or so store managers, and none of them ever had any issues with it. In fact, they were happy for my business because besides what they pack, I bring in roughly 30 or so already packaged boxes per week. I’ve also got to say this new manager is not friendly nor does she provide a good customer service experience. However, the rest of the staff is exceptional and provides a very positive customer experience.

    terrible service, broken equipment, wasted time. took 40 minutes to get five posters printed. at the end, when they finally offered to do it the fast way and that took 2 seconds ... incredibly infuriating. the condescending nature of the guy who kept trying to direct me back to the broken machine ... incredible. like another review said: it was like sketch comedy it was so overdone
