    I was very impressed with the customer service I received today. The sales associate was very nice & pleasant. I needed a new ink cartridge for my printer & he had me wait near the checkout isle while he obtained the product for me & then immediately helped with the purchase.

    There is a Manager or a lead associate that appears to be on the verge of a psychotic break. He does not wear a name badge and appears to be a little disheveled in his clothing. He practically walked into me and refused to acknowledge or apologize for that. And then at the cash register he was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. And not only to me. The woman in front of me he was condescending to, and his coworker was so terrified of him when he spoke to her, she couldn’t even look at him in his eyes. It was beyond a bad day for him. I got a really bad vibe. I will never go back to that store. He’s scary. Like, manifesto scary.

    We ordered a large printer and wanted to pick it up instead of having it shipped. It was ready the following day and we picked it up with quick secure processing. They loaded it into our car with a smile and we were on our way. Great service all around!
