- JPJohn Porcello1 day ago1.0Had poor experience getting passport photos. Picture quality failed when I tried to use the electronic photos on the State Department website. Went back and the guy who took them didn’t even let me say a word before he started getting all defensive about their photo capabilities. We were the only ones in the store, but he didn’t want to be bothered. Had to get a bit persistent with him before he would take the pics again. Went home and they were still bad. Went to the store on Nimbus and their setup and people were way better … and the photos were accepted on the State Department website.
- KKKayla KruegerOct 11, 20251.0Employee helped me print 4 24x36 copies, he screwed 2 up so 6 printed, w/ 2 not correct. He charged me for all of them though, I had to throw away the 2 he screwed up. Poor customer service, and it's a rip off 72.00 for the copies. Do not recommend this business!
