- MMM MSep 12, 20241.0the customer service inside the establishment when I went to file a change of address. The ATTITUDE when I said I needed to report a change of address and inform you there is no dog anymore.. I practically had to make her do her job and tell her multiple times to write it down for the "mail carrier who makes the decision" she did not want to take me change of address form and to be forceful about that as well. And she definitely did not want to take the information down for the mail carrier or let me talk to the person who makes that decision. I had to tell her multiple times to take me information. As she tried to refuse. UPDATE 9/27 I had to file a change of address 4 times and pay them money to finally put it in the system and update it. This all started spetember 1st. When I went in in person to file it. Then got sent a letter telling me I need to file a change of address 🤔 it's discusting that they know they can have ZERO professionalism and get away with it because we're always gonna need a mail carrier.
