The mail delivery person has continuously been putting the wrong people's mail in our mailbox and viscera. We live in an apartment complex and the mail person just throws mail in random mailboxes which is not okay at all. We get very important and personal things in the mail and our neighbors are sketchy so if they get our stuff in their box then consider it gone. The driver really needs to pay better attention and do their job correctly.

TAKE THE OUTGOING MAIL. IF IM RECEIVING MAIL YOU SHOULD BE TAKING MY OUTGOING MAIL THAT IS YOUR JOB! I had 5 pieces of outgoing mail and we literally watched your postlady (girl with orange hair) SHOVE mail on top of it instead of take it. This caused damage to the screws holding up my mailbox. I have documented that damage. Unless she wants to be financially responsible for my mailbox, I suggest she never do that again. I document it everytime I see it and I will sue her personally for damages if it continues. I will also be filing a complaint with USPS regarding malpractice. I understand that taking outgoing mail is a courtesy if I'm not receiving mail that day, but I was receiving mail that day.
