(I’m the only one that says Thank You each time.). Last time I came, I was with a companion: even they thought it was weird. Reading all the reviews here, it appears I’m not alone here. If it were not on the way to work, I’d go to another UPS. So sad. We give them the business and no one is happy or grateful for it. This is not representative of the brand.
