Worst customer service ever. The carriers are good but when I tried to go inside and purchase stamps they were acting like it was their first day on earth. I needed the flower ones they had on display but gave me the flag ones. I tried to exchange and I stood there for over 15 minutes and they asked me to stand there for another 15. Couldn’t change my stamps which are for important invites. And they always click the happy face for you instead of letting you give actual feedback. It was clerk 8. Not good.

Multiple packages marked as delivered got stolen when the driver put the key in the wrong box, was trying to explain how serious it was a few days driver just yelled back at me and said I was being rude and take it up management. Nobody here cares about their job or the people they deliver this post office makes me scared to order anything because there it's more likely to end up in a wrong box and someone will steal it. Do better

Waited all day Sunday for a package that posted online was to be delivered that day waited all day to get a text saying they had no access to my front door. Thats a dead wrong lie i was there waiting no one ever showed up. So when i go to the post office Monday the receptionist refused to give me the number of the route delivery supervisor and kept talking over me like i wasn’t talking. I know exactly what she was trying to do protect the delivery person because she knows they lied the delivery person was never at my place. I feel ZERO remorse for these people losing their pensions and soon to be jobs.. Years and years and years of horrible customer service and lack of attention to the needs of the customer typical government fashion. Well now the money is dried up and they wonder why, good luck getting a job in the real world….

Never had a bad experience with the counter clerks. Always laughing and joking around with me when I drop things off to be shipped out.
