- JTJoseph ThoennesDec 23, 20251.0Packages arrived empty and open, stamped “received without contents”. So either a postal worker stole the Christmas presents for our family or the clerk didn’t secure the box (that she shut and labeled) properly. Insurance only covers $70 after shipping cost, which doesn’t cover the cost of the contents. Thanks a lot.

Just had two Christmas gifts sent back when they were addressed correctly, so at this point you cant convince me someone who is thoroughly unhappy with life doesn't works there. The Dalles post office is garbage!!
- NLNickole LucasDec 17, 20251.0Went in to ask to get some boxes today and the lady at the desk was very rude and basically told me that she didn’t know what I wanted from her but they don’t do that here. I’ve never heard of a post office not having boxes so that was odd but mostly it was this woman’s attitude that threw me off. She was very patronizing and plain nasty to me and from what I’ve heard from the person that sent me to get the boxes she treats everyone with the same terrible attitude.
