The package was bouncing back and forth between USPS Omaha, NE and USPS Portland, OR for over a month. I was having no success within the online USPS customer service, it was a failure. I finally went to my personal post office postmaster at Tenmile, Oregon. Debbie made a few phone calls and I had my package within a week. She was a miracle, the package contained heart medication, and I was literally on my last pill before getting this package. Debbie was a heartsent.
