Rude, nasty people, packages are miss handled, broken and whoever is running the Rural Route needs to be fired! They are lazy throw packages and leaves packages that are clearly BOOKS in the rain or in mud puddles 0/5 stars

If I could give the staff no stars I would. There’s just no way it’s this difficult to get a package delivered in the correct box or at the correct door. If you can’t have that figured out… someone else should be delivering.

Expect all packages and mail to be delivered 2 days to a week late, we even say a city carrier take 30 min on a neighborhood mailbox

Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I was 3rd in line. Staff have always been nice, knowledgeable and respectful.

I have no idea how the service has gotten so bad. My packages are ALWAYS left in the rain, 10ft from the porch. Sometimes even left in the middle of the driveway when there is no reason they can't bring it to the door. Come on guys, look at your driver's or something. I've had TV's, game consoles, cllothes, phones, tons of things ruined just because of pure laziness. Now I've got 3 different times in a row my stuff is not deliverable.
