- VMValerie MooreJan 29, 20251.0Per USPS.com walk in hours are 8am to 10am on Wednesdays, 8am to 9:30 Thursdays & Fridays. I arrived at 9:15 this Wednesday. There was a small printed piece of paper that said the hours were from 8am to 9am Wed, Th & Fri. When I pointed out that it wasn't what on the website both the guy and lady at the counter laughed at me. The guy said "it's always been our hours. USPS doesn't control this office". I didn't answer and walked out. This office is completely unprofessional & has now screwed up my timeline to get my passport in time for my trip. Do yourself a favor & DONT come here

Sierra gave us such good customer service the first time when my son needed a passport, that when it was my turn I definitely knew where to go. She is so kind and works so efficiently. Multi-tasking at its best! If you want a great employee-she is the definition of one! They sure are lucky to have her!

My reaction could have been better when she refused to help me for my passport picture.I thought my appointment was At 3:30 but was small print said between 3-3:30. The girl said she wouldn’t help me because they don’t do passport pictures passed 3. Because I was there at 3:28 and they don’t take photos pass 3:00..
- RNR NeNov 19, 20205.0This post office is a very nice post office as far as post offices go. It's clean, well lighter, and also when it isn't raining - I know, a very rare thing in Oregon, there's a bench outside that one is able to use.
