    Keep delivering packages to the wrong box. I now am missing over sixty dollars in packages. Tried calling the local number only for it to tell me to stay on the line just to be hung up repeatedly. So I can't even inquire as to what steps to take to get my packages. Our parcel boxes have been broken Into and have remained broken for over a year.

    So I discovered I am not the first to leave a review about undelivered packages. If you haven’t delivered a package don’t mark it down as delivered. If you know your workers are marking down packages as delivered when they are not take accountability and admit that they are doing that when the packages are missing. I got a pink slip for different package and I made a purchase online for a second package which was supposed to make it to the apartment office on a Thursday and was reported to be shipped the second next Monday when it hadn’t been shipped yet. I called your customer service line and got a lady who after receiving my information said “it doesn’t matter what you say or verify. It doesn’t matter if the leasing office manager clarifies that they haven’t received the package. We are still going to make you do an online inquiry “. If your customer service line doesn’t do anything fire them and see the hard way what not sorting out problems earlier on will get you(eventual lawsuit from customers in tweakerville mail theft Oregon). We all know what Oregonians do with online inquiries which is laugh and do nothing. I have a pink slip from the that says “tried to deliver government document the first attempt) and I don’t have a tracking number for this one and you know why. I have been trying to contact the usps store to find out which store is trying to deliver the government document so I can go pick it up myself or insure it gets sent to the right building, but you can’t find any information on it, because your too lazy and won’t check the mail slot at the usps office to see if it is there. Don’t send people to do an online inquiry when you can solve a problem in 10 minutes. We citizens disagree with your services and expect you to do a more responsible job at helping us solve problems that occur at your buildings.

    Delivered my package to the wrong address. Dexter post office verified it was scanned as delivered at the wrong address. Will NOT pick up the phone. USELESS! Megan at Dexter was wonderful though.

    Every other package I receive is either delivered incorrectly or it’s left in a parcel locker that I am not given access too. I’ve lived in the same apartment complex for over 3 years and I’ve had so many problems with mail delivery here that it almost makes more sense for me to just go pick it up. The plethora of bad reviews for this location speak for itself

    They stole my package and are completely denying it. I have proof and the postal system refuses to replace my item. Insufficient address should have made them return to sender. Instead they kept it. They marked it picked up even though I work Monday through Friday until 530pm. It was only addressed to me and we didn't know it was out for delivery until after it was stolen by the postal employees and marked picked up. The postal system is corrupt.
