We had auto loan documents not arrive for multiple days because she wouldn’t call the number to be let in. The number is posted on the door and she stuck the “can’t deliver” sticker on the paper that had delivery instructions. So we picked them up from the location. Fast forward to now, I have a package that I need before Friday and she again did not deliver it. The picture she took was from almost across the street of our door. I’m just frustrated I tried to leave delivery instructions in every possible place.
