- KHKatie HudsonApr 10, 20261.0I have shipped with UPS for years - specifically this Sherwood location. I arrived this afternoon to ship a box of fabric, only going three hours away. Sam, the associate who was not even the person originally helping me, decided my box was “bulging”. The box was not bulging. Once taped, the box was perfectly square and fine to ship. Again, I have shipped many many times with UPS and have NEVER been told I had a bulging box. I was refused to ship unless I bought an additional $20 box when the box I had was perfectly fine. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never ship at this UPS again.

Then I have been there a few times to drop packages for UPS to pick up. They are pre labeled and stamped. The staff is completely rude except for one younger girl. The woman in the back is so rude I am afraid to return. I go to Tualatin for my business and I live in Sherwood. Very sad.
