  Have used them before and haven’t had issues. Went in with my son to get a passport photo before his work shift We were the only customers in the shop. They began taking the photos but they needed more time. More customers arrived and we were left waiting while they helped other customers, without explanation. We waited 10 minutes but had to leave because of other appointments. Very frustrated by this experience.

  A young lady with long blonde hair was helpful, polite and quick. A gentleman in the store offered to carry my heavy box into the store for me. They were so willing to help and I appreciated them very much.

  I went into this location recently and had the pleasure of being helped by the younger lady, I believe her name was, Lex. She was so sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like a burden. Thank you, Lex.

  I came in this morning(12/18/2025) @ 9am wanting to print off a few pages and with the power outages in Sherwood, all the printers/systems were rebooting and restarting. The clerk Lexx, bless her, was all alone and kindly asked me if I minded coming back after 10am. Seeing as that's when her coworker would arrive and hopefully their systems were back up and running. I respectfully accepted the invitation and returned to the store at 11am. I found Lexx and her two other coworkers working seemingly smoothly and no complaints. The line had 6 people, including myself, when I had arrived. It took only 5 minutes for the three of them to greet and take care of all customer needs! I was absolutely blown away! I ended up getting everything I needed, printed and out the door, in even less time! As well as a bag to put my papers in, to keep them dry from the pouring rain! Lexx didn't even know I parked two parking lots away(no parking spots anywhere else)! Long story short, I came back a third time at 1:15pm, to scan and send the packet of paperwork I had previously printed from my second appearance and these wonderful, amazing employees were still smiling and helping every customer that walked in that place! It would seem as though today has been a chaotic and slightly hectic day but, nothing is going to take our joy! I thank the Creator in Heaven, for allowing me to talk and meet with Lexx and her UPS coworkers today! They really made this gloomy day just that much better! Their patience is unmatched! 💕

  I never write reviews, but today's interaction was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to share my experience. I had a package delivered to this location, and the tracking information clearly shows it was received at the Tualatin hub, loaded onto a truck, delivered to the store, and signed for. I went in starting the day it showed as delivered and returned daily for four consecutive days to pick it up. Each time, the employee I spoke with did not physically look for my package (which is small), but instead immediately stated that it was not there and blamed the delivery driver for making a mistake. When I mentioned that the tracking information showed it was signed for by __, she responded, "That's me, but they only know me, so the driver just writes my name." The interaction escalated unnecessarily when she began yelling at me in front of other customers and a coworker, insisting the package was not there and that the driver was at fault. At no point was I raised, confrontational, or escalated. I was simply trying to locate my missing package. Mistakes happen, but being spoken to this way while trying to resolve an issue was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
