Why is it that my packages keep going missing? Anywhere else I've lived, all of my packages have gotten delivered. But in this town, when I use USPS, There's just a chance that I'm not getting my package. I've submitted requests, Called them. They're quick to blame original senders. To date, 7 packages have never been delivered or found. Tracking information shows USPS has it and that it gets delivered. But I never see it. It's always smaller packages. Either they're being stollen or put in the wrong mailbox. Either way, accountability would be nice.

Went in to discuss a returned letter for inadequate postage and met up with a bad attitude clerk who must hate people and her job! If I was that unhappy I would find a different employer! Rude, cold and ugly!

If you do not pick up your mail daily, the mailman will report that your property is vacant. This will cause all the mail and packages to be returned to sender. The business is not managed correctly and the supervisors in place are not professional and improperly educated or feel they are superior because of their title.I believe this causes the disconnect with position with the community and the fellow employees look and act miserable. My mailman must be overwhelmed because he will look for any reason not to deliver mail.
