2 years ago I found mail that was on the street belonging to neighbors. Last year I watched my mail get picked up, but it never reached it's destination because the workers lost it. When I called the post office, the worker told that it must have been stolen. There are other stories I've heard from random people around Scio, or.

Everytime a company ships my packages via them it's either lost, or extremely late people who work there are decent people but whatever is going on that always ends in my packages being lost or late needs to be fixed

We would give a 1 star, but there is 1 lady that always has a smile on her face and very nice that delivers sometimes to us in a newer jeep, she does a courtesy honk when she delivers packages and professional. So for her we give her 5 stars.
The rest of this review, 2 stars because the person that delivers regularly, in an older dirty jeep? She is not friendly at all. Many times we have gotten a "sorry we missed you" slip in our mail and we have to come pick it up at the office. We are home, no one has ever tried to knock on our door and deliver anything. So no reason to "miss" us. They must be too lazy to come to the door. Our reponse to our complaint when we have come in in the past is.... "We have been extremely busy" No, that it not an excuse, that is your JOB to deliver. When we have received some packages, no knocks, no honks, just leave packages and go. Many times we have tried to wave as they drive by, but they always have a unhappy, grumpy look to their face and they do not even pay attention. We are used to having friendly relationships with our mail carrier. So, we are disappointed that this person doesn't seem like they like their job or care for the people they deliver for. Sad.
