Everytime a company ships my packages via them it's either lost, or extremely late people who work there are decent people but whatever is going on that always ends in my packages being lost or late needs to be fixed

I have become very disappointed in the last few years. At least a few times a month I have other residents mail in my box (I always put it back in the mail slot, but this always makes me wonder what I could be missing), last week my son’s check from work was never delivered although it was sent to our correct address, and my 19 yr old daughter went in today to ask some simple questions for me since I was at work (calling was an hour wait, I don’t understand that) and was treated very disrespectfully by an older lady. The post office should be dependable so I’m really hoping for a change in the near future.

Good luck to those of you with a package that has a confirmed tracking number, stating that the package has arrived at the Scio, Oregon Post Office. Chances are, that your package will "mysteriously" disappear only to never be seen again, and the Scio employees will not be of any help. Pathetic.
