He clearly feel "no need" to try and help you in an expedient manner even with a line of people going out the door. just at his at his own pace which is that of a Snail. Terrible... need some youth here for sure.

I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly each time (which is usually once or twice per week). However I have witnessed a few rude customers now and then.
