I understand that both people being helped had various things & didn't seem to be in a hurry, but when I finally went up to get helped there was a line almost out the door. The 2 workers at this location had absolutely 0 cares about the fact that there was a line & we're moving as slow as the DMV. I waited at the front of the line at least 7, possibly even 10 minutes. Not once did they show any concern for the line, not once was there a "I'll be right with you. No, "sorry about the wait." Nothing. Most places acknowledge a rush, but not here.
