- JPJulia PrivateSep 27, 20251.0Mail Keri tried to shove a large package into my mailbox, which loosened the stand and tilted my mailbox. I wouldn’t care because it’s cosmetic except for now they’re threatening to stop delivering my mail until I get it fixed. I complained in person and showed them pictures of the package that was jammed in that I was unable to retrieve out of the mailbox without extreme force. The male carrier said that they would be fixing my mailbox for me and stabilize it, but that never happened instead they just quit delivering my mail and Google says they’re open on Saturdays and they’re not so I wasted a perfectly good Saturday morning trying to go retrieve my mail only to find the doors locked. There’s no sense in complaining anyway because there’s nothing we can do about it because there’s only one male carrier that delivers our mail so… They get one star but it’s not gonna make a difference. They’re a monopoly.
