Only took me 2x to go into the store to say it’s “lost” can it be anywhere. I was told there store clears out every night I asked to dig deeper sure enough it’s been sitting there for over a month just chilling deep within. I get things happen but an apology would have been nice of what a bride goes through of not having something memorable and not a cheap memorable item this should have never happened the first time it should have been investigated vs just handing me a ups # saying call them. Just disappointed but happy it was found.
