The phone tree does not give an option to talk to a real person (nor did it give me an option for the service I needed, a notary, which USPS is supposed to have), and when I tried saying "talk to agent," the tree simply said "Thanks for calling, bye" and hung up on me. Guess I'm going to UPS.

Avoid them like the plague! close your mailboxes and just have UPS or amazon deliver you packages!!!!!! wish i could give them a 0 star review.
