- ASAnn ShafferFeb 13, 20261.0I have had it with this location there is a brunette probably between 30 and 40 years old or maybe younger it's hard to tel, but she is so incredibly rude! Every single time tries to find some error in my question so that if I ask a clarifying question my original question was always wrong. Keeps trying up charge on discounted prepaid labels I purchased online I am so sick of it!

- TAT “Just Me” AJan 14, 20262.0This is one of the least favorite post offices in Salem I go to. It's big and long hallways. Very weary place to walk in. I don't feel it's safe for customers or workers w not knowing who's in the blind hallways. Customer service is not the best. If there was another post office near, I'd go to another more often.
