There was a bit of a wait, but totally worth it — Kathrine in customer service was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and really made the whole experience better. You can tell she actually cares about people. Big thanks to her for making my day a little easier!

Not hard to put your hours on the Google page for the business. This is how most people look for your hours.

Received very rude service today. As someone who works for the State, and provides public service to others, I was dumbfounded the agency that posts service hours until 12 noon on Saturday. I arrived at 11:50 and had to ring the service bell 4 times before someone appeared, rather irritated to take my ticket. She then proceeded to dispute the validity of my REAL ID......stating, "is this a really old picture?" I answered, well not that old, to wish she scoffed, and stated.....weeeellll.......I dont know, whilst giving me a side eye glance, as she is waiving my certified letter from the IRS at me like it was a golden ticket to Wonkas factory. Ill admit, it's yard cleanup day, so I dashed out without makeup, and my hair was not all pulled up in a tight pony......I let her know I had plenty other ID to confirm who I was.....she could have also confirmed the address on my pickup slip is the same as on my REAL ID. Like really lady.....it's a certified letter addressed to me, from the IRS, I made a special trip to insure I picked the letter up in a timely manner, and you want to play letter gestopo. Maybe you should take time to think about your position of power, and the people and purpose you serve. Hope you have a better day
