- JWjordan wardFeb 18, 20261.0Horrible people here! withholding mail, not delivering packages, arbitrability closing mail boxes! no one here is any help and they need to hire all new people willing to help people. lived in West Salem for 20 years and have had so many bad experiences i have lost count. Avoid them like the plague! close your mailboxes and just have UPS or amazon deliver you packages!!!!!! wish i could give them a 0 star review.

She's like this with every interaction I've seen her in, just incredibly kind. The staff here work quickly and efficiently. They all deserve raises for their hard work! Thank you West Salem team!

- BGBrooklyn GutensohnNov 10, 20251.0Clerk #22 (this is on my receipt) has been consistently rude every time I have been in to drop something off/ship. I have watched her be borderline verbally abusive to old folks who genuinely just have no idea what they are doing and what’s going on. I was just behind a gentleman who needed help finding a QR code on his phone for her to scan, and she basically said tough, figure it out and come back to me and then I can help you. Her ton of voice with him was just uncalled for. Lastly, when dropping off my package, she clicked the green smiley face on the touch pad for me where it asks how my experience was. She then handed me my receipt, and she did that for everyone who was in front of me knowing very well she probably wasn’t going to receive great feedback. I can’t imagine her job is easy, but if she doesn’t like it (which she clearly doesn’t by the way she treats people and if that’s not the case then she’s just mean), she should probably go find a different job. Working customer service takes a special type of patience and heart, and if you’re not willing to go out of your way to be nice to the people who are looking to you for help - go elsewhere.
