- BGBrooklyn GutensohnNov 10, 20251.0Clerk #22 (this is on my receipt) has been consistently rude every time I have been in to drop something off/ship. I have watched her be borderline verbally abusive to old folks who genuinely just have no idea what they are doing and what’s going on. I was just behind a gentleman who needed help finding a QR code on his phone for her to scan, and she basically said tough, figure it out and come back to me and then I can help you. Her ton of voice with him was just uncalled for. Lastly, when dropping off my package, she clicked the green smiley face on the touch pad for me where it asks how my experience was. She then handed me my receipt, and she did that for everyone who was in front of me knowing very well she probably wasn’t going to receive great feedback. I can’t imagine her job is easy, but if she doesn’t like it (which she clearly doesn’t by the way she treats people and if that’s not the case then she’s just mean), she should probably go find a different job. Working customer service takes a special type of patience and heart, and if you’re not willing to go out of your way to be nice to the people who are looking to you for help - go elsewhere.

Submitted an inquiry Tracy the supervisor said he would check with the mail carrier and follow up- this was on a Monday, it is now WEDNESDAY and nothing. So I go to the post office in person. They supposedly reached out to Tracy who claimed he spoke to my mail carrier and they have been unable to locate it. So I ask for something stating it was lost- they tell me file a claim. I ALREADY DID THAT. No help !!! So I have submitted a claim to consumer affairs through the USPS maybe they can figure out a way to expedite the process when a piece of mail is lost. Especially when that is a medication. They are lucky that my medication is not something that is a controlled substance or a medication that is hard to refill due to potential abuse and is something I can MAYBE get refilled again!

I have a really important (extremely important) package that was supposed to be delivered today and no mail was delivered today. You can’t get answers. I’m livid. Pissed off 😡. I’m beyond pissed off.
