- GMG MailSep 28, 20251.0The employees here are amongst the rudest employees that I have ever encountered at a Post Office and what's even worse is at the counter, a survey pops up on the screen with 3 different faces, the employees don't even give you the option of selecting it yourself, they reach over and select the happy face, which is incredibly dishonest. One of them always says I'm union they can never fire me! And the place is a complete disaster there's just clutter everywhere all over the counters like they hadn't picked anything up for a year it's really just disgusting in there.

I spent almost 5 minutes trying to go through all the prompts and then when someone did answer, I couldn't understand them and it wasn't even the location. Was not able to get the info I needed. In addition, I have attempted to place mail in the blue boxes and they have been so full mail was spilling out. So disappointed they canceled Mail Depot's contact who was friendly, secure and available on Saturday and Sundays. Bad move USPS.
