- MOMac Salem, OregonFeb 8, 20265.0I had been in to this location multiple times and have had nothing but exemplary customer service. On the most recent trip they graciously helped me with a Fed Ex issue that had nothing to do with their shipping service. These folks are great!

Another one I asked are you interested in helping customers or are you going to walk off and she said "well I really need to go to the bathroom so im going to take care of that." Don't bother coming here unless you want to be sucked into their shitty vibe. Go to the UPS up the street where they don't treat you like an inconvenience for existing.
