Frequently deliver to wrong address, same number but different street, puts the neighbors mail in my box, just don't pay attention.

This the third time y'all keep putting mail in the wrong mailbox. Look at the name and number before you put it in the box. It's getting annoying.

If they were just a little better they'd be completely worthless. I'm not really sure why they accept packages for delivery from Amazon when they won't deliver them, but leaving a card in my mailbox telling me to come pick it up completely defeats the purpose of having it delivered. The last one, the driver checked the card that the package was too big and too heavy and required two people. Then when I knocked off early and went and picked it up, she lifted it with one arm and swung it across the counter at me. The St Helens Branch just sucks and every regard and they are staffed by people who are lazy and make bad excuses.

Don't have anything shipped to your house that requires a signature, they will just leave a post-it note on your door without even knocking or ringing the doorbell.
