  The customer service is absolutely horrible. Nobody will help you they just stand and look at you. I guess as long as they are collecting a paycheck UPS is ok with this type of behavior.

  If there was a zero or negative stars review choice, that would be most appropriate. This place must be a miserable place to be. I actually feel sorry for them. The first day, I went to drop an Amazon return and did not put it in the "bag" Amazon sent it in and the employee wasn't overly rude when he told me that it needed to be in a return package, but he had NO customer service and only offered to charge me 2 bucks...no biggie but driving across town again for a company purchase return, I was not shelling out personal funds plus wasting my gas (obviously not their problem but just obnoxious) so I left, went back to the office and dug the bag out of my trash and packaged it up. Took it back this morning, NO other customers in the store, three employees, no phones ringing or any distractions and not ONE of the acknowledged me. One was stocking store boxes, the other sorting out the returns that had already been dropped off and the other was doing something just as non-urgent. I stook there, ready with my phone out with the QR code, patiently waiting....3 minutes passed before one looked at the other before saying "I'll get to her in a second" not even speaking to me. After he came back behind the counter, he asked "what I needed?", not even how he could help...I held up my phone for the QR scan and handed him the package. I was blown away and thought the day before was just a busy or stressful day for them but clearly these people have ZERO customer service abilities nor the desire to be there. I hate leaving bad reviews and will always give the benefit of the doubt when it looks like someone is stressed or new to their job but not in this case.

  The employees are very cold and not friendly at all. They make you feel unwelcome. They don't greet you or say thank you/goodbye. When you first walk in, they either stare at you and don't say a word, or they just ignore you. The store was recently renovated and it looked nice for a short while but now it's back to being messy and disorganized again. Due to the unhelpful customer service and atmosphere, I cringe whenever I have to bring packages here to be shipped.

  Not possible to speak to a human being if you have any issues or questions - only AI robots answer the phone and their AI robot is *not* helpful, *at all*. I really miss being able to talk with actual living, breathing people.
