I am SICK of this place. They don't deliver to my apartment complex and I got tired of having to go there at least twice for the same package because the first time I go it's always "we can't find it" and "were not seeing it" even though it was scsnned in to the location, or they say "its out on a truck somewhere KNOWING THEY DONT DELIVER TO MY COMPLEX. So I got a P.O. box to handle it all and yet I'm STILL having problems with getting my stuff on time. They know they don't deliver anything to this p.o. box and the people come to pick it up so WHYYYY is there still a problem???? Why is it such a problem to be organized?? You'd think for a government job that it would be the priority.

I was at the Post Office everyday this week to pick up packages. Every time it was long lines and long wait times. Theres usually only one person at the counter. You can see there are many people walking around in the back. A couple times there were 1 to 2 employees working/training on passports out front. It wouldn't be hard for one of them to jump in and help. At one point the 2 employees were arguing in front of us about passports and one of them wanted to leave while they other needed help. It makes sense why service is so poor with limited options you dont really have a choice. You are forced to put up with it.

Absolutely horrible. USPS NEVER delivers my packages on time at All! Even when they show up at my house to DELIVER MY MAIL they for some reason just can’t stick their hands back into the truck and deliver my package. It’s ridiculous.

I don’t understand why these guys leave my packages out in the rain. They come up the driveway Where there is a turnaround and there’s a Carport. I have requested numerous times for them to put the items under the carport. Instead, they stop in the middle of the driveway walk up the stairs and leave the package out in the rain
