Carlos, the manager helped me with locating unused ink cartridges that I had turned in to recycle because I thought my Brother printer was toast. We troubleshooted our printer from a YouTube video that fixed our printer. Carlos was able to locate my unused ink cartridges so I could pick them up. I was very grateful for his assistance.

During one of our package pick ups my husband encountered an employee who refused to help him. I called and spoke with the onsite manager who tried to blame UPS policies. While I chose to look into such policies I had noticed that the package delivered was indeed addressed to my husband. I once again called Staples and spoke with the Manager explaining to her that her employee just refused to help my husband. She again stood up for his laziness. I stopped shopping at this store years ago due to employee lack of care. Why hasn't corporate done anything about this?
