I have no means of transportation and the lady at FedEx who had to call me several times to inform me that they would have to send several packages back to the sellers. The company I operate had to finally move almost all shipping off of them because they kept failing to deliver and then would falsify records that they made an attempt, when, in fact, they did not. I and one of our other staffers even tried to flag down the delivery driver as they past by our office, to no avail. Contacting this office and the farcical 800 number yielded nothing beyond a complete time waste. The FedEx employees at this location are, with few exception, consistently incompetent and outright hostile. They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel with staffing. An inability to deliver parcels, abysmal customer service, and brain-dead company policies, all equal an end to the business relationship. You know a shipping company, or any other for that matter, has hit the skids when USPS routinely out performs them. Such a pity.
