- JOJohn OswaldMay 15, 20251.0New address was created and assigned 2 years ago. Several months ago I asked Rogue River post office for approval of initial mailbox for our new address. Nothing happened. Went in and asked again, was told to write my name and address on a slip of paper and someone would get to it. A couple months later I was expecting important legal mail, box was empty day after day. Called USPS customer service. Within two days my mailbox was approved and I was also informed Rogue River post office had recently returned some of my mail. Now why would they return mail on a valid address they assigned to me two years ago, and after me requesting twice that they approve my mailbox so I could start receiving mail?

Monica refused to even check my tracking number on a package, which I had been informed by Amazon was being held at that location for me. According to her I would have to have Package Plus, where I have a PMB across the parking lot, inquire about the package ADDRESSED to ME, being held for my pick up there. This unfortunate news was delivered through a series of nearly indecipherable shrieks, grunts, and wild arm movements. Don't they drug test for government jobs?!

Just yesterday, my husband witnessed the mail lady THROWING abo x marked fragile over our fence into our yard. Not happy at all.
