Today is my birthday, my mom is in the hospital and I just found out my step sister passed this morning. I was falling apart by the time he got here and I just needed a hug. I explained about my day and asked if I could have a hug because no one was her. He gave me that hug. I just want to thank him for that and your company for hiring such compassionate people.
