How incompetent can a government branch be?? Usps will not leave a package at a clearly labeled address if you do not have a mailbox. A mailbox the large package would never fit into anyways. Thinking about laminating a photo of a mailbox and stapling it to me tree so they can understand how ridiculous they are

For months we got our mail just fine, we have a trunk parked next to our mailbox but not blocking it, and yesterday we got a new mail driver apparently because they didn't deliver mail, and today left a note saying to not block the mailbox, they had the nerve to get out and open the unblocked mailbox to put that note in but couldn't deliver my important mail? All because they can't stay in their van? Its unprofessional, messed up and totally unacceptable, they put a 10 day hold on my families mail, even tho the picture showing what's acceptable for the mailbox is what we have irl, if the drivers are this bad at their job they shouldn't work for the legal mail system that is in charge of delivering my bills, items and checks

They'll straight up lie about your massive package being put in a 3x12x15 inch mailbox and go about their business like normal. I have a ring camera, no one came to the door with ANY of my missing packages, my neighbors did not steal them, they'd have to be delivered for that to happen. It takes 20 years to get ahold of anyone 90% of the time for help, the drivers don't check the address, our packages have been delivered to the wrong apartments, the packaging almost always looks like it was thrown off a bridge. If you need anything important sent to you, please try to get the sender to use UPS or FedEx. I'd STRONGLY suggest not doing online wedding registries, baby registries, or Christmas shopping if you live in Redmond, there's a good chance you won't receive your package and it takes forever to get refunds deposited into yours and others accounts.

My vacation hold mail was delivered and 50% of it was for people all over Redmond. I bundled it up and returned it to the post office. It can't be that hard, do better.
