We live in a non-gated, normal apartment with street access from inside and outside the apartment complex, so I would expect they call the fire department if they can’t access my unblocked door. We also have mail lockers inside and outside of the main office. They said they’d try to redeliver in a day. It’s been a week. I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone, but their AI system said someone will reach out in 1-3 business days. The package was a $150 pillow. Edit: they called and told me they don’t deliver to three story apartments and it’s too big to fit in a parcel locker. It’s a standard size pillow. So I guess what I’m hearing is “We don’t do the thing we’re literally meant to do and we aren’t going to communicate to you until you hound us.”

When I went to the Redmond location to send the postcards they told me the postcards were too small (but they fit within the measurement of the online requirements). I'm not sure if they're just blind or ignorant but clearly they can't do their jobs. Avoid this postal location if possible.
